NourAIsh uses data from third-party sources including USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. While we strive to provide accurate nutritional information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. AI-generated nutritional estimates are approximations and may vary from actual values.
NourAIsh offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription prices and features are subject to change. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NourAIsh and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any health decisions made based on information provided by the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal health information on our servers.
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, USDA FoodData Central, and Open Food Facts. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the App.
